Return Policy

We take due care in packing and shipping your orders. But in some exception, if your order is delivered defective or damaged, Please inform us immediately within 48 hours of receiving your order. Any issue reported after 48 hours will be specifically looked and decided, so as to cause no inconvenience to our customers.

All products carry gurantee/warranty from manufacturer wherever applicable or provided by manufacturer.

The defective or damaged product will be replaced, or your complete money will be refunded to you.
In case the customer don’t like the product or would like to return / replace it, then customer has to bear return shipment cost.

Return is also not applicable for Toners/Cartridges, Any type of Writing Instrument and Colors.What can I return? You may request returns for most items you buy except those that are explicitly identified as not returnable on the product detail page and/or Returns policy. Items are returnable if you’ve received them in a condition that is physically damaged, has missing parts or accessories, defective or different from its description on the product detail page on
Following are the return guidelines: Your address and the item that you wish to return must be eligible for return. If the return is not eligible for Pickup, a Self-Return option will be given. Once the return is received, you will, in accordance with our Refund Policy, be issued a refund to your original payment method.
